It may not have been artificially toned, but I suspect it's been intentionally put in an environment that caused it to rainbow tone.
I'm interested to see what PCGS said.

Now that's a toner! I think the toning bumps it one but PCGS could have said 64.

You would be correct about the market grade of NGC. I thought those two marks on the face would hold it back to a 63 but then you add a bit for that color. Interested to see what other color you have as they are so appealing.

Waiting on the trueviews on a few of them I believe, most are rb so won't bother subbing them as I am building a bn set in 65bn or higher
