Really? Yes, there is chatter, but its hardly distracting. Isn't the real issue the luster?

The reverse looks excellent but the obverse has light wear and marks. I need better photos of the obverse with less glare but I believe it should be MS62.

No, the real issue is all the small friction marks. At first glance I had this as an AU-58 slider.

I see the break of luster on the eagle's feathers, confirming this to be an AU-58.

Slider is a high AU-58. It could be viewed from a distance and appear BU. Just a touch of wear preventing it from going into the uncirculated grades.

A "PQ" AU-58. Luster is very strong but there is enough disruption to preclude any mint state grade.

This coin provides a good example of how a high AU piece can have better eye appeal than examples in lower MS grades.
