It is an off center, not an uncentered broadstrke. Generally once the devices start falling off the edges a coin becomes off center and not in the broadstrike zone anymore. A broadstrike may be centered or uncentered, but all the devices will still be complete.

Talking about being at the right place at the right time  Your pic is fine as always. Could that be a D mint mark? If it is it makes it more interesting because Denver makes less errors than Philly therefor making Denver errors more valuable as well. John1
