It is an off center, not an uncentered broadstrke. Generally once the devices start falling off the edges a coin becomes off center and not in the broadstrike zone anymore. A broadstrike may be centered or uncentered, but all the devices will still be complete.

Your pic is fine as always. Could that be a D mint mark? If it is it makes it more interesting because Denver makes less errors than Philly therefor making Denver errors more valuable as well.
