That 35 is a classic contemporary, always been a fan of those. If you're ever looking to get rid of it let me know Jack!

Lets make this a hot thread  I have several contemporary counterfeits, but this one is the one that started my study of these dark coins... Hondo Boguss, I also have a 1929 (unknown mintmark) CC walker that I found at a flea market amongst some other foreign coins all for a dollar each. I bought it not knowing that it was counterfeit but obviously wondered why it looked weird, only later did I realize that it was fake.  One can also find a few more of my other contemporary counterfeits on this site, a 1915-S Barber half, and an 1858 CC Three Cent Silver trime...
