It was in my proof set. I finally got a coinscope and have been looking back over my sets and thru my change ive collected over the years. I am going thru my newer change soon to see if I have anymore. I keep my copper seperated from the zinc and havent gotten to the zincs yet.

to the CCF Very nice find. That is indeed an elusive 1999-S CAM reverse proof strike.

Did you really expect to find a proof coin in a roll and then actually hope it would be a rare CAM?

I agree with Dear. about what it is a rarity or a collectable variety. It is a nice find very wish coin to have but it is not a rare coin. MHO if are more then 500 coins where it is the rarity?
Bottom, nice find.

@NEWmrMatic: ? Your link bring me peoples which I really do not know to be in collecting. So me personally I put in question theirs ability to discern on one coin. I do not blame you take some information's from there, but remember NO one from there are numismatist. Just take what fit with the narratives.
