It's a nice variety (not error) but the more common on the three dates (1998, 1999 and 2000).
Your obverse looks to have seen significant bag hits or circulation. Please show us a reverse photo - I believe both of the 1993 photos are the same coin.

User1975.. The first pic does look like a '93. I don't think he was being rude...just observant and trying to help. I thought the same thing.
Very nice coins there!!!

A mix-up of photos and cents leads to confusion regarding the whole post. You know what you have, we only have confusion. You came looking for a value, something that is not our expertise. I suggest you visit ebay's sold listings to get the price information you seek. Bonne chance!

Nice looking coin, I agree w/ John1 in regards to value. But I'm uncertain as to the confusion of others... a 1993 does not have rounded bottom.

Quote: Nickelsearcher ,,, do you want to take this outside Excuse me - but what is this about? IMO my reply to your thread was informative, polite and professional. I gave you an opinion on the condition of the one side of the coin you showed and asked for an additional photo. And for that - I get this response. IMO you either need to relax a bit or find another coin forum for which to bring that type of poor attitude.

Oh common , it was obviously just a bit of a laugh, I didn't mean it to be offensive whatsoever.

The first picture looks like it is a 98 that took a hit in just the right spot, to look like a 3. But as coin rejecter stated the 3 doesn't look anything like that. The 98 is probably the least valuable of the three.
