For me it's the mystery of what could be inside when I find interesting rolls! I recently purchased 10 rolls of Kennedy half dollars from a local bank at face and found 3 silver with one being a MS65 accented hair and the other 2 being 40% SMS! I was stoked to say the least .....

Any RPM#1? I love searching 55-S rolls. There are so many interesting things in them. There are the 5 CONECA RPMs, a CONECA doubled die, several BIEs including the largest one in the LWC series, and I often find nice prooflike strikes. Nice thing is that most of the 55-S rolls, even tubed ones, have not been searched for varieties, so they are a treasure trove for searchers.

Yea this had to have been searched or something. All the other rolls I have gone through didn't have such consistent damage like these ones have around Lincoln's cheeks. I doubt bank rolls would be this rough, but I'm no expert. In fact would you even call these uncirculated? Hmm.
