So is Ultra-Cameo rare for a proof coin, or is it just normal and brings no premium?

Depends on year, mint and denomination.

I would say it's unusual to see a graded proof that isn't a UCAM or DCAM after 1975 or so.

For what it is worth, all my graded proof Ikes are DCAM.

So would it bring more premium beside already being a proof and silver?

Not really, at least not for modern proofs. They are almost always expected to have a deep (ultra) cameo. The real premium is for 70 versus 69 (and lower), but that is a whole other discussion (I would never pay a premium for 70, but the market says otherwise).

another neat thing about the DCAMS are potential errors that can arise from it. One example is my 2015 S Proof dime that had a deep cameo on the obverse and no cameo at all on the reverse..

I'm hoping the proof Morgan's and Peace dollars come out in ultra cameo. They would look amazing.
