The real premium is for 70 versus 69 (and lower), but that is a whole other discussion (I would never pay a premium for 70, but the market says otherwise). One example is my 2015 S Proof dime that had a deep cameo on the obverse and no cameo at all on the reverse.. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
