Update...Arrests have been made, no details until news conference at 8:30 this morning. .

What do you think? I think the gold is long gone.

The gold was melted down an recast into other shapes. Some were made into crude bangle bracelets.

Coles Notes:

6,600 gold (small) bars valued at over $20 million.

Duplicate paper work for a seafood shipment pickup from the previous day. It got passed, and the "seafood" was loaded and on it's way.

Recovered $90,000 worth of gold, the rest hit the black market and some turned into guns. The ATF were a big part in getting these guys.

They have 6 arrested and 3 more wanted. Kicker that makes me ill is they are all back on the street awaiting trial. The guy the ATF got is still behind bars down there. Good show.

Just glad they didn't get away with it.
