I'd go a step higher, AU-53

AU-63 but lean toward MS.

light glare could be making the surfaces look flat. good amount of wear on the shoulder and lapel. on the reverse ONE CENT and USOA all have flatness due to wear. I think I gave this one AU50 due to the dull surfaces matched with the wear I'm seeing. if you can give us a couple photos without the glare and its not as dull as these look then I can see it at AU53. I can't get it higher than that

Nice looking AU brown cent. Obverse has slight MAD strike.

Cleaned? Perfectly natural copper color.

Is that a minor Rim Fin on it?

Repeat, a nice soft original color.
