Seen so many of these in 64 that are so scuffy on the obverse...
64 for me.
The price difference between 63 and 64 is minimal...

A little update here. I had some expiring grading vouchers and sent this in. Someone at PCGS much have been having a great day as this came back MS65. Here is the TrueView. The picture is through the GSA holder.  |
