Can't get a feel for the luster but minimal marks. MS-64.

this is nicely struck 83(O) which are normally weak to soft. soft photos could be hiding anything. looks like luster is missing on cheek with some scuffs on both sides. MS62 really close to 63

I'm still at 64. Some luster breaks here and there but nothing too significant in terms of marks. Luster looks great.

Subtle frosting probably makes the marks on the face look worse in the photos than they are. The noisy fields may hold this Morgan to a 64. I like it.

MS63 maybe a +. too many scuffs and marks to make 64 imo. good price even at 63
