Thank you for the advice, I understand the grading concern and appreciate the post for opinion I'll sure do that when I get the 2x2's
I Got lucky because my dad was always a coin collector ( never knew that until I told him my interest in flipping coins)
Hes been wrapping every coin he had when he liked the condition for the past 50 years and was planning to just dump it for bills but lets me give cash for them whenever
He has flawless quarters, nickels, wheat pennies, steelies. And they all have been stored in tin foil this entire time.. maybe I should take his way of storing but we're I live they'd probably get scratches

PCGS says: House your coins individually in 2 ½" x 2 ½" mylar flips (we do not accept acrylic snap cases or cardboard and stapled coin holders). Place the coin in the inside front pouch of the flip so the openings of the flip are not exposed. PCGS highly recommends you use mylar flips when submitting your coins for grading. The inert mylar flips will be a better storage unit for your coins while they are in the grading process here at PCGS. For Grading (raw coins), label each mylar flip using a sticker. I use those also sometimes for shorter term storage like I will want to recheck for variety or take photos. Or use 2x2 type cardboard holders but not for short term like that or submission. Then you need a flat clinch stapler. Heres a few others just for general info https://coins.thefuntimesguide.com/...store_coins/Note that NGC is a bit less expensive for grading when starting out, and ANACS has no membership fee for someone who only will have a few lower value coins or just to converse, authenticate a variety etc. The main issue with anacs is more when you have coins that actually have some decent value they would sell for more in ngc or pcgs holders, but of course grade may not be the same. I also agree with westernsky that you can get some free opinions on the potential condition of a coin if you learn to post photos here and in the right section. While not grading experts from the company, it can sometimes save you some money as mentioned by helping to spot coins that arent worth the costly grading fees. Edited by datadragon

Thanks for the advice datadragon that was great advice, I already went with PCGS about a month ago did the platinum to get 8 Vouchers seemed way better deal just been trying to find coins that are near 2,500 ( the price coverage of a voucher) as possible, and I found this bank in my town that has the best cents I've ever seen, not sure how that works but the bank probally hates me

The main thing to keep in mind is to understand census (population report) (the number that has been graded for a condition). When you look at price guides like pcgs you will be able to see also how many are found in that condition. If only say 1 to 3 out of billions made are in the very top condition, finding that same condition which has a high value even if it looks great is less likely even from mint sets, or mint rolls and bags direct from the mint. You just don't want to be sending in too many where only the very top grade has a value over the grading fees and all the others would lose money. (mostly modern coins). https://www.pcgs.com/popThe cost of grading also will have shipping back and forth, plus the membership as you got, so I just mention in general it usually doesn't pay for someone just starting out to start with pcgs unless they planned to regularly submit coins there and they may have some nice value from what they have is all (older coins or higher potential value coins). I'd first learn to take photos and make them postable on this site and get some opinions prior to sending in, at least send some of the better ones only to start. Edited by datadragon

On the quarter the hits on the face, neck and shoulder hurt it. 66 at best in my opinion (based on one "less than stellar" photo)
One coin per thread or things will go South real quick.

Darn do that little nic makes it a 66? I was thinking it was a 69 because the other two photo graded and sold are in way worse condition for the Wisconsin I noticed
