to the CCF This is a coin that has seen circulation wear. At best it's mid-AU.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

You need to start from scratch learning about uncirculated coins

Quote: I have to reiterate at certain angels it also shines like a proof coin That cent does not resemble a proof coin in any way.

so do I have to go back to training or get a expensive camera and what I learned the ? edge ? of the coin has brown on it not all the way around so if this coin was polished looking remember the cell phone camera is still not getting the color right its more like a brand new 2022 penny color leaning towards the gold

sorry jimbean802. you have a common high mintage LWC thats been circulated. grading XF/AU and has a value of maybe 2 cents. there is no color assigned to a circulated copper coin. if you are attempting to determine a color your first photos are showing a BN coin. the following photos are too blurry and the last obv photo also shows a BN color

Here's what a Proof 1959 cent looks like. No proof Lincoln Memorial cents with a D mint mark.

Jimbean,
Wear on the coin determines grade. No matter how 'good' a coin looks it will not boost a numerical grade. Only mint state coins can grade MS60 or higher.
Reference PCGS Photo grading. Research the basics on grading. don't get lost in how good a coin shines or color until you spend time learning how to notice wear on a coin.
Be able to grade in the basic grades of Good, Fair, Very fine, Extra Fine, Almost Uncirculated, and Mint state.
Grading Mint state 60 through 68, 69, 70 is a whole other skill and can take many many years to master.
Good Luck and keep asking questions, but also do some research.

I'm not really the one to grade a coin, but something I learned at this forum is to check many other Graded/ Encapsulated coins on websites with large close-up images to get a better idea of the various Grades. ..any MS-68 coin is gonna look really amazing, near perfect.
