AU50, I don't think the reverse will straight grade. Nice misaligned die strike.

lighting could be a little better. reverse photos are fuzzy. I have it as mid-AU. AU55. nice clean cheek. some staining and discoloration may reduce that to a 53 but still a nice coin. good price

Your photos are a little out of focus but the coin still looks AU-58 to me. A dark area on the reverse but I still think it will straight grade.
