John@Dearborn. Looks like you called it.
If you notice there's more of the other coin showing past the reverse rim than obverse.

Another point about the picture. No one asked for the op to take the coin out of the capsule because of the glare.

Or maybe the op is really a great camera operator.

Well, this looks like the ebay listing 156039428205

I think the OP is just going to receive the Lincoln Cent. Appears the seller used the coin capsule to elevate the Lincoln Cent for the photo.
