I would agree that it is an unlisted clash. There are five that have been found for 1991 P already, listed under Radical Mad Die Clashes. Great find. Another radically misaligned and tilted die clash. Please submit it to maddieclashes.com so it can be added to the roster ( https://www.maddieclashes.com/radic...u-s-coins/). I can also download the images and send them to Jason Cuvelier, who runs the site. Error coin writer and researcher.
