I agree the glare could be hiding some issues, but the upside may be worth the gamble.

marks along the entire jaw line in the recessed area where it meets the jaw. thats not something that imo would occur if it was banging around other coins. you would see some residual of that on the jaw itself. could be the photos/light but the luster seems to be missing cross the cheek and neck. marks across ONE DIME may not be from circulation but just want to point them out. the large leaf under the D appears to have either cabinet rub or circulation wear on its high points.

AU58 or MS63+ if all the luster is there on the profile i'll push my grade to MS64

i can see it at MS64 maybe 65 depending on the obv which looks like it have had a dip that removed luster. might be lighting but draw a line from K8 to K2 and compare the upper half to the lower.
