@ijn1944 Yes, the reverse is the same. I did some digging on his ebay store and he has several IHC's that look the exact same. These coins are all priced well below other seller's items in the same grade/toning.

Not just cleaned. A ten-buck EF coin deliberately stripped and recolored to look like new. Shameful.

@coinfrog I blurred out the seller's logo in the photo so I didn't wrongfully accuse someone. But I'm thinking I should name the seller to inform others

Dead giveaway is the retained traces of natural coloring around the devices, especially near the lettering.

Good catch halfamind. The more I look at it, the worse it gets!

Look at the worn ribbon, with one full diamond missing. Please do name the seller.

I noticed the ribbon too. That was my first suspicion.

I didn't see an edit button, at least on mobile, to link the seller in my original post. Here is the link to their ebay store:

Check out the gem 1913-S, 1914-S and 1915-S Lincolns on his site - all the same coin with the same surfaces, just altered dates.

Oh wow! Unbelievable. His reviews say it all. Many people have been burned it looks like.

Definitely has been cleaned and recolored. Avoid this coin at all costs.

Well, when in doubt - first and easiest thing to do is just check the seller's feedback.
