The first and fourth photos are my pics of a legit misaligned die coin I sold on ebay at the end of January. It sold for $29.55 including shipping.

Nice example--interesting (but short) back story about the photos.

Not really much more to the backstory on the photos as the OP does not say where they found my pics. But the coin still shows up if you search sold items on ebay for 1967 misaligned die. I bought a collection of about 600 error coins, there were lots of misaligned die coins in it, and I sold off maybe twenty or so of them. I still have quite a few left.

There seems to be a remaining question of whether this new listing is the same cent previously sold by Mr. Bats and reusing his existing photos. Can we see the current listing?

These were both for sale on ebay yesterday. I bought one last night after getting all your expert help and provenance info. The other coin, images 2 and 3, is still for sale. Thank you for the help.

Odd the seller changed the misaligned die label to off center, as he seems to have one other coin he bought from me listed correctly. But other than that the coin does have a light die clash and he correctly noted that it was cleaned. I sell most all coins at auctions starting at 99 cents, so it's pretty common for things to sell low and I later see them re-listed on ebay at a higher price. I'm completely fine with that, and they can re-use the photos but honestly I would prefer they took their own photos.
