... this alternate version of a 710 (below). (Not my coin yet, still deciding If I need it in my collection).

That example was at least helpful in my understanding exactly what part of the possible 701 is under discussion.

This belated AH 707 2 gani is on the halfway point of 1307 / 1308, just thought I'd give it a run, even if it doesn't count for either year.

Apart from the odd catch up here and there, I have no more until 1224. Then I have 3 in a decade and none again for four centuries.

edit: I believe Dearborn has a 1280 ....I don't know if it is dated though.

Very late catch up for me: this Jital from the Sultantate of Delhi that is dated AH 720 = 1320 AD. Looks very similar to the piece posted by @ttk last month.

This is the earliest 14th Century coin of mine with a date. I've got one from the late 13th Century that I should be able to post soon.

And as luck would have it, I have just found a 1302 AH701 6 Gani. I will post it as a catch up when it arrives in some weeks time.

I will also try this 1342 Juchid pul with a written date.

Mint of Qarm (?).

.... and a catch up for 1463 (AH867)
Gujarat Sultanate AE Falus 18mm 9.37g
Nasir al-Din Mahmud I

G&G G150
I've changed the photo to B&W. It helped to get the date to stand out under a heap of copper corrosion.

So many catch-ups!

...and so many new gaps, because we had almost nothing posted since we entered the 13th century. But at least the 15th and 14th centuries are filling up more.

Updated gap listing:
1464, 1463, 1462, 1457, 1454, 1446, 1414, 1409, 1408, 1407,
1385, 1384, 1382, 1381, 1367, 1363, (1361?,) 1360, 1356, 1350, 1349, 1348, 1347, 1346, 1345, 1344, (1342?,) 1341, 1340, 1339, 1337, 1336, 1335, 1333, 1332, 1331, 1330, 1328, 1309, (1307?), 1306, 1302, (1301?,) 1300,
1298, 1297, 1296, 1295, 1294, 1293, 1292, 1291, 1290, 1289, 1288, 1287, 1286, 1285, 1284, 1283, and we hadn't taken this train past that so far

(I split them by century for hopefully better readability)

On the 1342/743 coin: AFAICT it's disputed whether this type is supposed to read 743 or 744, and/or whether in fact both dates exist. I can't read Arabic so I'd need to ask you for it anyway.

I couldn't quite figure out what was going on with the 1301/700 coin either.

1307 is a question mark because of the 707 AH coin, whose conversion depends on Gregorian vs. Julian.
I found out recently that Wikidata has dates for AH years and months, and according to those it should convert to 1307, which is why it's another questionable entry.
