@dad, first welcome to CCF. Second, that is a lot of pics to go through--we typically only need a couple close-ups. With respect to that dot after the date, I suspect that it is a newly-formed blister formed by the underlying zinc core starting to deteriorate.

I moved your post to a more appropriate area for proper attention.

A bit too many images in the first post.
It is better to post up a full coin image of both sides, then a few (a few) close ups of areas of concern.

On a side note, your images are very well done!

I think I see a spike head with the crack between the O and D in GOD but hard to tell if it goes to the rim
