Haha, the big dog! =) That is one huge 1939 DDR. Some of it got chewed away by circulation, but that spread on the LLO is awesome. Good for your dad, stashing that one away.

Your Dad nailed this one. Nice DDR. I suggest F-details due to the obverse and reverse scratches. But even so, a nice coin from your Dad.
