Is the color "true" in your photos? Looks a little pinkish? John1

I agree with mid-AU. And also agree with John1 that the color appears to be a bit too pink.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

What does it mean if it looks pinkish? I'll try to get pics with better lighting? Have to be later unfortunately. Another find from a penny roll at work!! Unbelievable

coin has been banged around and rubbed against other coins. yes its shiny. it just means that either its a low MS or high AU coin. either way no real collector value as its too common and not in the best shape, light glare is obscuring surfaces to determine any kind of wear that I can see. if I had to guess i'd say AU53ish

I will disagree. It is a nice example for an album hole.

Have to agree with @panzaldi. Right obverse field is a mess and the left obverse field has issues as well. Very little value in any event, hardly justifies such a discussion.

While it may not be the perfect coin to most people it's pretty darn amazing to me. I feel fortunate that I get to find them where I work, have people pay with dollar coins and 50 cent pieces that I can swap out and keep. Just 2 days ago that very thing happened! I do have 3 rolls of 2021 pennies that have never been in circulation. I do wish get were much older but it's still pretty cool

It's a GREAT find, keep looking! When you find ANY mint state cents take notice. Get lucky, find the right modern one in 68-69, get it slabbed and you have a 5 figure coin. Find a 2021 in MS-68 - that's a 4 figure coin because none have been found yet! KEEP LOOKING! https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...ld-rd/852825

Sure hope this forum doesn't institute a 'value' threshold to determine what justifies discussion, and what doesn't...
