There's an awful lot of missing devices and crinkly fields. Greaser is likely, but is struck through a very late stage die cap also a possibility?

Should be worth a small premium (several dollars) to someone who collects these.

So it's worth about $5 to $10? Found this dime going through a friend's coin jar. I also found a 2000 LMC Wide AM in the same search. Just wanted to see what the difference was searching through random change you get verses coin roll hunting. So far I think the chances of finding errors or varieties are about the same.

I know I'm relatively new at this, but that dime just doesn't look right for a Greaser. The reverse elements aren't even completely lined up correctly, and the rim isn't fully formed. Does debris in device cavities stop rim formation? The fields are blistered and bubbled, does that happen in a Struck Through Grease? It's probable that I'm wrong, but this seems unlike many greasers that I've seen so far.

Chris1974, What are you using to take photos with? What is your light source? John1

I'm using a table top clamp on florecent light. I'm taking photos with my iPhone and if I get too close to the coin the camera might get in the way of my light source.
He coin isn't dull, just came out that way in my last close up photo.
