Depends on how deep some of those cheek marks actually are, but best guess MS-64PL

I'd have to agree with the majority and say MS63PL.

I will say MS64PL. pretty clean Morgan, especially reverse.

reverse would make 64, obverse fields would too face couple of nicks is what I would think brings it down to 63
