I'm thinking XF40. Do like the coin, nice photos. Price is good. Not convinced it's been cleaned--would like to see it in-hand (yes, that won't be happening).

I'm at EF-40, old toned-in scratches shouldn't be a factor.

Too much obverse wear for EF, the check/jaw are very flattened. Also, the wheat grains are badly worn done.

I could possibly see VF-35, but that's the lowest.

VF-35 details, color indicates an old cleaning.
