Contacted them today. Submission was completed but "on hold"; their "system" said I didn't have a CC on file (even though I provided one in the Payment & Signature portion of the submittal form   ). . . The CSR I spoke with was polite & professional, so there's that. . .he did explain they no longer offer the $5.00 upgrade to scratch-resistant holders. Submission should be shipped out next week.
