I like the detail of your example, but I'm not crazy about the surfaces, the color looks a little more pale than I'd like. The deep yellow-orange look of the AU-50 example looks more pleasing and original to my eyes.
That being said it's still an awesome coin, I see only trace amounts of wear on the high points and I think it easily makes AU-55.

One more comparison. The coin at left is the subject coin of this thread. The one at right was sold last summer. The two coins below were both graded by PCGS and received the exact same numerical grade, The coin on the right also has a CAC sticker. The coin on the right cost 40% more than what I paid for the coin on the left. Both coins seem to be struck at an early state of the die pair but note that almost all the stars in the coin on the left appear fully split while almost all the stars in the coin in the right look flat.   Normally I would have revealed the grade already but I expect to have this in hand today or tomorrow so I will reveal the grade then, alongside in hand photos of the coin.
