Btw, has anyone here been to the spot of Cook's unfortunate death? It's an isolated spot in Hawaii, near the aptly named town of "Captain Cook". Australia has built a memorial there to Captain Cook. Congrats! Now that this is all over, what is that coin with the Aboriginal man on it? I know I've seen one, and it was an attractive coin, I just can't seem to find out more about it...  . |

wow I looked up australian commemoritives on google and on wikipedia they had a whole list this coin was the first under commemoratives I did 5 minutes research on him looking for his twin o well

Yes, the twin question was the spanner in the works  Australia issues so many commemoratives, not many catalogues are up to date. Krause is missing quite a few circulating commemoratives, and most of the NCLT. Here is a link to the twin.
