I couldn't agree with you more... He almost always sells NNC slabs, and the grade is NO WHERE NEAR the assigned grades.....

I would say MS 62 may be 63 looking at the fields when I blow up the pictures.

I agree this coin looks nice but its probably not a 67 and probably a 64 or 65 and this date/mm combination is easily found in high grades like 65 and pretty cheaply graded by top TPG's

It's a nice looking coin, but I agree not an MS-67 and from the pictures I can't be sure it's DMPL.

I agree, nice coin but overpriced, perhaps not DMPL, and definitely not MS-67. Still nice eye appeal though.

it says this guy is from Essex in the UK, not sure if he is the same one that ran NNC or not but if so either he has moved or he is not really in Essex

No, Scardinal just moves a lot of his stuff. NNC is Bob Johnson (Centsles), a man of undeniable grading talent who has chosen a....less-reputable course.

WE HAVE A BINGO! I see flipping of these slabs all over the place. I tried to go back in his feedback history to see if he had a transaction with CENTSLES, but nothing recent. He may even be the third or fourth generation owner. I still look at these offerings, but always with a jaundiced eye. I would even have bid an MS63 price on this one. The sellers of these numismatic abominations prey on the uninformed and they always outbid me.

It is certainly a frosty appearing coin but may not have the reflective fields necessary for a PL or DMPL designation. It could even be artificially frosted

It's against ebay rules to give a numerical grade in the title of a raw coin. Coin in NNC holder is considered raw by ebay. Wonder what was the end result of the lawsuit between CENTSLES (and others) vs. ebay on that topic? And maybe that rule didn't apply to that auction, being that seller was in UK.
