Okay folks, the website is up and running and up to date. I would love to hear some constructive critisism about the site? Something needed? Something removed? Now remember that I am a coin dealer, not a website developer, so my areas of how to build a site are pretty slim. So please be kind.....

Site looks good. Why don't you try changing Event Dates - Locations to Event Dates/Places. It may fit in the bar that way. Also, on your supporters page: Bobby131313's Collectibles, Inc. and all words in COINAF should be capitalized. Sorry, not trying to be a PITA but I know you want it right.

I would like to take this show on the road in 2006. Four U.S. cities.
I want to get some thoughts soon, as it takes time to get all the necessary permits and licenses. Indy will rank in that list for all my Hoosier friends.
So pick 3 places that you would like to see CoinFest. Once we get about 10 cities, we will make a poll and the 3 other than Indy will be decided by majority. Now, just to be fair, this will not be limited to this forum. At a later date, this idea will also appear on the coinfest website allowing everyone in the country to vote.
Now before anyone asks, Indy was picked as a personal preferrence of mine. I absolutely love the city and just need a good excuse to visit again. Since no major coin show will head there, I thought that I would create one of my own.
I am securing national sponsers to make the "road" show possible. I will of course keep everyone up to date.

Bring it here! San Francisco, CA. Heart of the 4th largest metro area in the country, great coin history, beautiful scenery, good food. Whacky politics, and where else can you have me invite you for dinner both at home and at the restaurant of your choice? I have literally run from my workplace across the GG bridge and into the Marin headlands (part of Golden Gate Nat Rec Area-your tax dollars at work!), where I have seen bobcats- where else can one say that?
For my second vote , Charlotte, NC, also with a stellar numismatic history, nations second largest banking center after the big apple (which doesn't have a coin history), near the highest mountains in eastern America, and I guarantee that my sister will take you out for dinner and I'll hit her up for Wachovia corp donations (She's a VP in investor relations).

Hey, don't blame me. If I go in and do anything with your profile, you lose your avatar, so you know I wasn't in there doing anything. Don't you love that little glitch? At least you know I'm not messing with anything!

COINAF is all in capitals....
CoinCommunity also got the plug on the supporters page since many of you have been contributing in many ways. I thank all you for helping to make this dream possible.

Here is the next exciting installment. I received this email from Gail Baker, education director of the ANA. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Congratulations on your endeavor. May I publish information in our electronic newsletter that goes to YNs? That is the best way to involve the ANA YNs. Would you like a box of Discover newspapers to distribute? They are geared to young people with lots of fun facts about coins. Let me know if you have other suggestions on how we can help. ND All of us HOOSIERS are behind you on this one! Great to have you in Indy and look forward to getting together! Guess I will have to save a few bucks for the big event as I sure don't want to come home empty handed as I know Catman will clean out the sandbox, given the chance!!!

I received a packet from the Chamber of Commerce of Indy and will be putting together the information over the next couple of months. Planning an event takes quite the effort, and would love for you hoosiers to give me a heads up on best weather months, major events held, any other info that anyone feels necessary.
MORE UPDATES.
The local UPN affiliate will be listing CoinFest on their website under the community section. There are still discussions for live coverage during the event.
