I don't usually buy Morgans this worn and usually get them UNC condition so not sure what they are worth in this condition. By there description they only grade one coin in the VF condition (and even they say it is barely VF) but the best bet would be to go to ebay and see what other coins of this date and condition were selling for and then go from there. Someone else may be able to help with a price range better than me since as I said I do not usually mess with coins in this condition myself but I would still do my own research before I offered anything

In the condition they're in, and noting the 1892 CCs are not really all that rare, I wouldn't go more than $80-85 apiece.

Bryan1315: Thanks. I know you were NOT tryig to imply this but the truth is that I am NOT a very discriminating buyer. If I end up buying these it will definitely be under the heading of an "impulse buy." I just want some CC's and it would be way cool to have a handful of them. (And in the condition they're in I wouldn't mind actually holding them in my hand!)

Thanks Moe. With this seller, you can frequently win things at about 25% of his "Buy it Now" price. But I don't think that, in this case, $447.50 (25% of his BIN) will get it done for me...so I appreciate the input!

Weerdsteev, Bluemoon coins has been around for years and is a source that you would have difficulty finding positive comments about. There, wasn't that politically correct?

I agree with Moe, based on the condition of these coins $85 each would be the highest I would bid on them.

Hadleydog: I'm sure you're right, but maybe because I only buy low quality stuff from them I don't leave myself open for a lot of disappointment!

I'm in at $466.00. That's $66.57 per coin. He'll probably counter-offer me, but we'll see...

Those coins are very wore down. At most, the average cost should be around $80 dollars. You should offer them around $550 if you really want them and can't wait for another time.

Oh, SNAP! Declined at $466.00! Well, I guess I'll wait a few days (don't want them to think I'm antsy) and then I'll try one more time...perhaps just a tinch north of $500.00...

Whatever yanks your chain....I gave up on the fat lady years ago and keep an 1893-cc around only for sentiment (wish I'd kept the 89-cc). Seated cc's are whole different story, though.....

Rats! Denied again at $501.00. Okay, all done. If I can't steal them I really don't want them.
