Based on the extremely sharp detail and slight cameo obverse I presume this is a proof. PR-64 PCGS, perhaps? I think I see some faint obverse hairlines which could keep it out of '65 territory. While I would have agreed with Jaobler on a proof, the OP said the coin was dripping with luster, and I usually dont think of proof's as "dripping with luster". So, is it MS or proof?
