I think Thad is trying to be bad and showing the wonderful reverse in 2 views to throw us.
I believe I see some wear above the ear and nearby hair AU58

I like the tilted views. They show depth of devices.

I agree with Scotty that the rim hit can not be accounted for by a bag ding. High AU and very sweet color!!

I will say this coin has slider potential I could see him coming back in a low MS grade. Hence, can't really disagree with the folks that are saying MS-62 although personally I wouldn't pay more than AU-58 $$ for it.

That's not an MS reverse?

That was my point, you gave us 2 looks at a super MS reverse.
Hoping we wouldn't notice the ever so slight wear around the ear

Tough call but I think I'll jump my estimate up to MS-62 that reverse is certainly MS and, on a LWC, the reverse is usually the tie breaker.

Glad you all had fun!

I call this AU-55/58, there's just a slight rub on the cheek, jaw and lapel. I'm surprized nobody bought this coin, it's in my FS thread....one of the last to go. CDN AU ask is $39 and this one is at the high-end of the AU scale.
