Ha yeah I guess so. I thought at first it was an 1867 but I have no idea. Here is a close up:

OK Help me out here. Whats the sory with this IH. Says 1967 should say 1867.

Now that you mention it, look at the position of the last feather--it's an 1886+ type 2 obverse.
I just assume the date is damaged from corrosion.

That would be my guess - maybe a post-mint hit + corrosion.

The coin is very badly damaged.

It is unlikley that the date can ever be determined.

The 1907 may be the best guess.

I do not think the coin is gradeable or has any monitary value.

The only value would be as a conversation piece IMO.

You do have to admit 1967 IHC might draw a few chuckles.

The last feather is between CA; that'd mean it's either an 1887, 1897, or 1907. It looks to me like a 1907.

Thanks guys for all the help. I will list it as 1907 and $.50 at the thrift shop.
