Yes not a bad price especially compared to the 280 they originally cost (back with first 4). They won't ship until month end. Also the mt hood is sold out now

Don't know how long the $204.95 price is going to last if silver starts to pull out of the low $30s. Nice coins and a good investment series, but the interest in these has waned considerably. Buy only if you like the designs.

I agree on the price issue. That's why I bought today seeing silver going up again and surely wanting them for Christmas/ Birthday gifts. Hopefully they will stay this price for the last of 2011 issue. I would order soon if you want this price. They are a good investment and really neat if like I said you have visited the park

Maybe the title could be changed for buying the current or any ATB 5 Oz I didn't want to start a new thread so I added my 8 and 9 to this one

Who is selling both bullion and collector versions, so I can see the difference in their descriptions? I see APMEX is selling graded ones...are these bullion? I see only "NP" designated ones for sale at usmint...can you buy non-NP ones from them? MCM is selling graded "early release" and "first strike." Does this indicate NP, and the bullion gets minted afterward?

The ones sold by the USMint are uncirculated and have the "P" minstrike. I think the bullion are out there first. I recall a Glacier NP 5 oz coin being offered for sale prior to the Mint releasing the uncirculated coin

So, the ones at APMEX, mcm, etc. are probably bullion unless they say NP?

If they buy from customers I guess they could be either. The mintmark is clear distinction. The Bullion do not have it. The finish looks different from what I read. It should say bullion or uncirculated (P mintmark what Mint sells) Ask if not disclosed.

Why would these choices be better or worse: direct from the mint for $205, 2011-p NGC SP-69 ER for $200, or 2011 (not -p) PCGS MS-69 PL 1st strike for $230? My goal is enjoyment, of course, but let's say if I were to sell in 3 years.

The uncirculated is supposed to have a nicer finish. Plus at the mint you can use a credit card and they have express delivery if over $300. Not trying to advertise for the mint but that's what I would do and have done.

I don't know what will happen in the future. So can't help there I do know at times these coins have sold at spot and some designs have sold for more. Everyone has an idea as to which will be the ones that take off. Mint I believe are supposed to have a nicer finish
