@Kefiroth Aye, a sorta "Angry Art Deco Lincoln." You'd expect that thing to be in Batman's lair or something. :-)

It's actually kinda interesting but not worth $31...and $9.97 shipping on top of that.

It would fit right in the capsules for the ATB pucks though.....

My daughter has a few of those large coins that we got at museum gift shop, Mt. Rushmore, etc. I think we paid like 4.95 each for them. It's amazing what people will pay for stuff. I will even bet that this person will be surprised it's not a real coin, even though the description is quite accurate.

I think if they had put a pic of that beast next to a real cent it WOULD have sold for $4.95

I agree with Duke - who ever bought this one is in for a surprise. However, it should teach them to read the description.

I noticed a similar sized 1856 Flying Eagle here:

Looks like a run on the Key Dates.

Funny. $40 for a piece of base metal junk that probably cost $3.99 in a national park gift shop in the '70s. That winning bidder is in for a surprise if s/he is expecting the real coin... Pays to read the description.

Look at his feedback, sold 1 for .99 and 1 for 1.04. Now $31? People are insane.

That's why he charges so much for shipping....he expects the replica to sell for a buck or two...
