And anyone foolish enough to buy from a seller that butchers English that badly deserves to have their money taken from them. A legitimate seller aiming at English speakers would have someone that knows English proof that. Kind of reminds me of the emails from Kenya trying to get you to launder money for them. LOL

``I am a professional collector from the U.S.....it is really a artwork........we are SERIOUS seller``

From the U.S. my buttocks! If you're gonna search ``How to write proper English sentences``, at least follow the instructions clearly. *sigh of major despair*

Can't see the item description but I don't agree with you guys. The sentence is badly organized but I can still understand what is he/she talking about. By the way, ebay is not a writing website. Since the description match the item (which I can't tell from this post), it shouldn't be criticized too much. Of course, it's your own choice to buy it or not, based on any reason (photo, description, sentence and anything in the listing), and it's seller's choice to use any kind of sentences as long as it not violate ebay's policy.

Well any 1889 CC Morgan dollar that is real in the worst possible shape would wholesale at no less then 250.00 dollars and that's beat up badly. Anyone that had more then 1 like our seller would know the value, let alone sell them 5 at a time would know that on a very bad day they would bring 500.00 to 4,700.00 if the grade range was VG to just AU-50. At Mint State Grey sheet wholesale bid is 19,000 at MS-60 and at MS-63 $36,000.

Something for nothing of just send me 49.95 for the $36,000 dollar gem is Just a Scam!
It reminds me of a seller about 4 years ago selling coins that where worth a few hundred dollars for 99.00 and a bunch of folks forgot to look at his shipping and handing costs .....of the low low price of 249.00

You would think if they were going to sell a fake, at least list it at a realistic price?

I've been selling a number of coins and currency on ebay in the last 6 months and, to do it right, I have been checking out the other similar auctions. I Often see people destroy the English language and half-ass a post. Reality check: there are stupid people, and now that they are trying to buy silver in coinage, there are stupid people with coins :/

While I agree that 80% of the population are morons in one way or another you can also usually tell when words are being lost in translation rather than merely suffering from the writers lack of basic education in the English language.

Also, anyone banking on the fact that someone like this is just some poor uneducated moron selling rare coins for cheap due to their ignorance is just asking to get scammed. Any way you look at it that deal has "run away" written all over it.

It was a new seller with zero feedback, so it was even more obvious that it was a scam. The funny part was mostly the ridiculous price and the content of the description. I did not mean to poke fun only at the grammar mistakes, because a lot of sellers do make them.

However, I would think that someone selling something potentially worth thousands of dollars would at least have a friend read the description before posting it....

I agree with denny5's comments, but given that this person had a zero feedback and the "feel" of their description leaves me thinking it is a scam. In any event, I would never have purchased anything from this person.

I for one know my grammar is poor. I also know that I think far faster then I will ever type. That fact leads to missing words that my brain thinks I have typed "Opp's"

Most here can see this effect by reading a few of my past posts. Way, Way back in high school I had a choice of typing class or wood shop! I wonder what class I took? Back in the 70's typing was far from Cool for a guy. Darn You Bill Gates !
