Seeing as it's not, I feel strongly that he's asking a fair price for the coin. That's $20 cheaper than the PCGS Price Guide. I personally don't know where you'd be able to get it for any cheaper, presuming the seller knows what he is selling. My suggestion, if you like the coin (toning, fields, cheek, strike, etc.), go for it. This is a common coin in 65 grade, so if you're not completely satisfied with the coin, keep looking.
