Faded as all get out and mostly smooth like a baby's butt. 3 - Someone's science experiment. Chemical alteration? Probably watched that youtube video on how to make gold pennies. :) 4 - Posted this on the error forum, thought it might be double struck. Turns out it's just another science experiment - this time with a vise or hammer instead of chemicals. Four more boxes to go through at some point this week, I'll try and post some other extreme examples I come across later in the week. Report this Post to the Staff

John1 Moderator United States 56855 Posts	Posted 04/09/2012 05:08 am #1 looks like Die Deterioration. #2 looks like a Grease Filled Die or a die trial piece (the rim appears rounded) #3 looks like normal toning. #4 looks like a vise job. #2 does have a premium if it's a Greaser it's $1 +/- if it's a die trial around $3.
