PCGS designated this token as a proof while NGC designated it MS prooflike. What say ye? I wonder if there is a die diagnostic that would distinguish for sure or whether it's based on the appearance in hand.

first off, beautiful coin! Second, I would say it was a proof, but it very well might be MS. But if I had to say Id say proof
