Hi. I found your website and was very interested in doing a lot of business with you. I am a coin re-seller, I've bought from Gainesville, Provident,
APMEX, TPM Exchange all without issues. Your prices are unbelievably nice compared to them. Due to you having very nice prices, I was very excited to order the dealer lots ($875) in the near future. However, I had to make a small purchase as my first to "try" things out with your shop. Unfortunately, I found problems. On 8.9.12, I called your shop and was assured the issues would be fixed and the missing items quickly shipped. The package with the missing items arrived today (8.16). The invoice had a note about refunded money and money stapled to the 1st page ($3.25), thank you. The 2nd page of the invoice had no note about that missing item. Once again, I am missing one item! I am more disappointed that I will be unable to do business with your shop than the fact that I still did not get one of the items! I'm assuming you have cameras at your packaging location and therefore should be fairly easy to prove my issues. I do not need a refund nor a replacement, I will just cut ties with your shop.
The original problems:
One of the 1975 mint sets only had a D sleeve (missing P sleeve) $5.75/2= -$2.88
One 1984 mint set was missing -$3.25
One 1989 mint set was missing -$3.55
One 1995 mint set was missing -$6.75
One 1996 mint set was shipped that was not ordered +$12.95
The resolution:
1984 mint set price refunded
1975 P sleeve and 1989 mint set shipped
1995 mint set still missing
1996 mint set was given to me for my trouble
