What is the consensus on this coin?   Obverse.: Head of Helios with Corona right Reverse: ANTIGENHS / P - O. rose with stem and Bud on the right in the box left Schiffsprora; the whole thing in a quadrate incusum. 3, 0 g - 15 mm BMC of 249. SNG Keckman 632. Jenkins, Group A, 17 |

I looks great to me, ta wee on the light side but I don't see anything wrong with it. The metal looks like it has cleaning lines rather than the modern steel die look in my opinion. There doesn't appear to be a seam on the edge if its a fake it fooled me.

I just looked for a fake match couldnt find one....so I think your safe here, this is a great find there bro. The only thing that bothers me is that....
I can't get it....

It's not cheap and it busts my budget once again. I looked through the fakes reports as well. I think the lightness is from the way the image was taken. Hmmm

If you don't mind me asking but what is this being sold for. I know these can go from the several hundred to about a thousand dollars. If you can get a deal by all means, it is a well centered and gorgeous coin. Its wicked nice. I do like these but I have always thought that if your gonna spend go for the didrachm denomination a nice 7 gram or so piece. I like chunky though...

At the moment it's going for $399. I think from what I can see on Vcoins and acsearch that it's a pretty good price considering the condition.

That's a beautiful coin, I bet it set you back quite a bit. Congrats. Maybe some day I'll be able to afford one like this.

Before you bull the trigger look at HJB on ebay some good deals there ending on Sunday. I can't say as I ever spent that much on a coin (not that its not worth it) but I think you can get chunkier for $399 |
