Gilt, 55mm by L. Hart. Not the usual hairdo for Queen Victoria.

I collect both Victoria and Laurent Hart medals, and I wasn't aware of this one.

I've seen two of these, advertised as by L. Hart (Eimer's site) and also L.J.Hart. Forrer (pg 433) has a reference to Queen Victoria's Embarkation from Antwerp so I assumed this was that one.
