I have a 1974 P dime that appears to have been sandwiched or over-pres0sed during mint (it is the best way I can describe it. The sides are smooth with a cooper layer visible.
i'll post some pictures sorry not the best quality, camera had trouble focusing. I'm curious to know value and cause.
to CCF. It looks like a " Dryer Coin". The coin got stuck in the fins of a commercial clothes dryer. No added value and is considered PMD "post mint damage" John1
