Does the greysheet differ on au grades or does it just say au in general?

Saw one at a coin show today in a PCGS slab. It was a AU-50 and the price on it was $6,000

Yes and that is due to reality, necessity, etc. In other words when it comes to coins, whatever a dealer gets is what it is worth, not what is listed on any GUIDE.

Just printed the apr 12th greysheet.
It shows AU bid $3500 ask $3750
For MS60 bid $8000 ask $9000

In my experience greysheet AU is for AU50. When a coin is
AU53' AU55 or AU58, then a good dealer will pay more.

Sounds like a nice coin in the right grade for a 22 SR.

It is a conserved coin but in the holder I noticed two or three black dots on the obverse which doesn't help
