Image 1 - Showing Close-Up of Condition

Image 2 - Showing Clope-up of Overlay of A from Reverse

Image 3 - Showing Both Sides of Coin

The above image shows two conditions. This post refers to the condition shown with a diamond red in the full image.
Please note that the overlay shown in image 2 is a photographic overlay but a portion of A in the overlay image 2 can be seen in actual condition in image 1.
I have been grappling with this for a while and going between
PMD and something related to planchet condition at strike.
My thinking is that it is a damaged/delaminated planchet. The damaged area has the appearance of the outline of a house with sloped roof and hence the title in the subject.
The main reason for my thinking that it is not
PMD is the imprint of the H in the damaged area. Unless somebody deliberately created that I cannot see that happening through
PMD. Another reason is the raised portion at the base of the T which almost makes the T look like an "I". I do realize that since this is a circulation piece there is some aspect of
PMD.
I will post the close-up of the reverse (shown by oval) in a different post because I think they are unrelated.
Any expert opinions on this will be very much appreciated.
Thank you
