Measure length, depth, & height, & calculate the volume of the block from this. Then, using the specific gravity of gold, calculate the volume of the five-piece Maple Leaf set. Subtract that from the block volume. Then calculate the mass of the net volume of solid acrylic casting resin. Subtract that from the actual measured mass. This will leave you with the actual mass of the medallions. Subject to experimental error, if that mass is within 20% of the total supposed mass of the gold coins, then that's what's in there. I can pretty much guarantee you it will not be gold. No way RCM is going to tie up tens of thousands of dollars worth of gold making promos to ship to dealers ; no way an individual dealer is going to tie up hundreds of dollars worth to make a display item.
