Without the suspension loop, this is common. With the loop, not so much. Condition is better than usual and it has a scrap of ribbon. I'd hope to buy at £12 and sell at £22-25 retail. Trade probably sell at £17.
However, that's in Europe where these things are are thicker on the ground than in your parts. Even so I'd think $35.00 would be a fair offer.
